Refund and Cancellation Policy

GFF AI Academy is an education and workforce-development initiative operated by GFF AI PTE. LTD. Singapore. Program availability, eligibility, fees, certification and career-support services are subject to applicable terms.

Cancellations by Learners

Cancellation windows and any applicable refunds are stated in your enrolment agreement and program page at the time of enrolment. Requests must be sent to academy@gffai.ai from your registered email.

Cancellations by the Academy

If a cohort is cancelled or rescheduled by the academy, affected learners will be offered a transfer to a later cohort or a refund of fees paid for the cancelled cohort.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a stated processing window confirmed at approval.
